One of two today. One is my 34 year old Rolex Date-Just, and this one. My 58 year old survivor Bulova 214 Astronaut. I bought the watch as a project watch, for peanuts, about 35 years ago, knowing it needed work. I bought the Kreisler “coffin” bracelet with the Accutron buckle, separately, at that time. I finally decided late last year, that I was going to resuscitate it. I had given up trying to return the original movement to health, so I serviced a replacement movement, and it now is a pleasure to wear. It gains a second or two per day, but I can live with that. I hope to eventually find a replacement dial for it, and that should solve the rest of its problems.

Also stopped by the Omega Boutique hoping to see the new railmasters, which aren't in yet. So I tried on a couple watches...

And went next door to try on a few more.

I was surprised by how much I like that bronze gold green titanium, this colorway in a heritage 300 would slay- and without surprise the ploprof fit me like a charm....

Thankful to have this one, though!

Congrats never been but I find Norway an interesting beautiful country. I have a magician friend who was in the U.S. for a while who was Norwegian, very nice guy.
Everyone in Norway celebrates big time on the 17 May!
And....... I live in Sweden, but we love our neighbor!

I like this one more and more every time I wear it. Wasn't a fan of it in sapphire, the dial looks dead but the hesalite dome brings out the detail.

No time for coffee and a one watch day. Found time for sundowners though😊
