I don't think he can really tell time except when dinner is late or it's not bed time yet. But, he does know I am sleeping in late. Never get your cockatoo a watch.
And, if you're curious he naturally got a egg Rolex. Ovettone 5028, is relatively hard to get especially with OCC grade.
