The dial really looks different in different light, but the color is just incredible in all conditions, I think. This is about as rich as the blue gets. In other lighting it looks black. And in certain conditions, the bezel looks blue instead of black. Makes me want to look at it often, to see what it looks like at any given hour. In love!

I swear I won't just post this every day. Just for now...

This Oris Big Crown Pointer Date was my first big extravagance - and I was thrilled to win the eBay auction at, what I now appreciate, was a very reasonable price.

After being bitten by the collecting bug, this generally languishes in the sock drawer …

Pretty movement too and with a unique serial number.
