I've wanted to try out one of these Bulova Mil Ships, but being die-hard vintage 41mm is usually out of my comfort zone.
Last week one popped up at a decent price due to an unfortunate scratch so I went for it.
Showed up today, popped it on a Don Juan and I think I like it!

Doing some railroad maintenance on my early 1970s Lionel Santa Fe EMD GP20 locomotive…but I’m NOT doing maintenance on my railroad grade circa 1929 23j Waltham Vanguard 1908 [on lanyard by @DaveK]…

Good plan to avoid servicing your indicator watch. The up/down indicator mechanism is a challenge if you’ve never worked on one before!

Laco back-o. Not sure why you'd put a display back on this, but still fun. I revert to this watch a lot because of the strap, which is a single piece leather Aviator style https://www.etsy.com/listing/1352716750/aviator-i-watch-strap-pilot-watch-band
I like that there's no buckle to bang against the desk all day.
