I never appreciated the MST523 MST52x calibres until I got a few of the various 520, 521, 522 and 523's with me generally believing lower jeweled movements were somewhat inferior, that and the fact that I tend to prefer watches from the early 60's and these are from the mid 70's however these have proved me wrong with a host of features including hacking and micro regulators, individual day and date quick sets and good movement finishing, the last of the Roamer exceptional in house movements.
