My second watch, circa 1993 or 1994. I knew nothing about watches but Swiss Army watches were all the rage.

A lovely early-1950s ref 2640 with gilt even numerals. Cal 283 inside, and very wearable at nearly 36mm.

Thanks Duracuir1 had forgotten to wear this one until your thread revived it's memory.

And a lovely iris that popped up at my neighbours place, different than the usual iris colours.

Not a lot of difference between Swiss Army and Swiss Military, but this one is the Swiss Military version.

New to me ol’ Nivada Grenchen Antarctic, out in the wrist to walk the dog this afternoon. From what I understand but the movement caliber, dial texture, and font style, it’s an early iteration of the reference.
