Friday's Hamilton choice is a`1922 vintage 17-jewel Hamilton Electric Railway Special with 974 movement. This one is not a railroad grade Hamilton, but could serve on many city trolleys and interurbans. The dial is not double sunk like more expensive Hamilton models, but has the Electric Railway Special marking which is a little less commonly seen.

Evening Alarm

I had a very close call today. I was washing my car and and a couple drops of water splashed onto my SMP300m. I wiped if off right away and it seems to be doing well, but I'll keep an eye on it.

Friday fun 😀

Very odd day. I went to get my lunch down on deep elem as is my usual routine. Heard someone walking behind me talking poopy. I ignored it at first thinking I was just passing a weird scene but it was an ex patient who had been involuntarily discharged from a program. He started threatening me sayin you discharged me say one more word your down you’re in my area now.

So of course I said “word”? Then continued as I can be a real idiot sometimes. Anyway I finally screamed “dude I had you lined up for housing and a program I’m not the one who DC’d you my boss did because you kept touching females in the place.” I guess this rang a bell he apologized and shook my hand but I told him don’t ever threaten me again. He denied threatening me and being perfectly honest he was a big dude I know I could have got in some shots but I was going to feel pain and if I take a shot to the side which is still healing I may very well just fall to the ground crying cause I’m still in pain regularly from a surgery.

Anyway just weird someone could get history so wrong, think they are so right and be willing to fight about it. That’s one reason I try to keep a lot of doubt in my head things I think are 100% right are often not and you gotta hear other people out as they may be 100% sure of the opposite. There is also the additional twist that this guy is completely psychotic which adds another dimension or dimensions.

But alas, happy long weekend to all. Might as well finish the week with a bang. It’s all cool now sun setting into the clouds and I get to chill a few days hopefully try to get a hike in.
