Been a while. I don’t remember when I last wore my Speedmaster 345.0808 which I’ve had for 33 years. But today is the day. This model which is the first Speedmaster with a sapphire case back, and featuring the gold plated calibre 863 movement, was introduced in 1980.

10” inches of rain last night left my area washed out. Bridges on smaller roads are gone. More rain forecasted for today hopefully everyone alright. Two people washed away in autos strange that happens in non coastal areas but Mother Nature don’t mess around. Got a diver just to be safe

Spending a few days in Finland. The Senate buildings in Helsinki and trams outside Stockmanns Department Store.

My only previous knowledge of Finland was watching ‘Billion Dollar Brain’ with Michael Caine, Karl Malden, Ed Begley and the lovely Francoise Dorleac

Good afternoon, Forum! Hope everyone is starting the week well, and @Walrus doesn’t get washed away. Tool watches on WOE straps; good stuff.

A week to 10 days of camping holidays in the Chamonix valley again for some hiking with Neo... I haven't worn this watch since last July when we went sailing. It's my holiday watch, titanium so very light and summery 😀
Maybe I should wear it more often 😀

Wow! That seems like a dream holiday! May the Weather Gods be merciful to you and Neo while you're there.
