·Several years ago, the Facebook group Asia Mechanical Watches Group commissioned Mathey-Tissot to make an homage to the classic 5500 Explorer. It’s been re-released with cool colors and applied indices through GDG watches but I’m partial to the old school printed dial. It’s got Tudor-esque faux rivet sides on the bracelet for no real reason that I can tell other than it looks cool and adds to the tool watch aesthetic.

·Here's my Hamilton quartz with integrated band.
I know it's not quite as sexy as the Ebel classic wave band but it's pretty good. Beveled and gilded edges...gilded connecting pins...and super slinky on the wrist. Small (32mm) thin (6mm) and very comfortable.
edit: coulda swore I cleaned it up a little better than that but I guess the pictures don't lie...
