Beans beans and more beans.
I thought the growing season was drawing to a close but the last few days has seen me harvesting shopping bags fill of runner beans every day and I only have about 6 or 7 plants of which only 3 are producing serious numbers.
Though each of those plants are about 4 or 5 years old so have massive root structures.

Nah, just 60:th birthday. Two years until planned retirement. Here (Sweden) 65-69 is the norm.
