I really need to learn how to take photos with my iPhone. The idea was good but the execution left a lot to be desired.

Going with the 70s era Yema today.
That's a really lovely combination of panda dial, sky-blue sweep, and the funky round, steel-bordered lumed indices you almost only see on Yema/Le Jour chronos.

Thanks for the generous words. You hit upon the key features which made me jump on the opportunity to purchase it. Since I live in NC, the sky-blue is a natural fit, and the steel-bordered lumed indices, especially the shield-like ones at 12 and 6, are very distinctive.

For Flieger Friday 😀

I selected this dial colour simply because I thought it was cool, and because I didn't have any green-dialed watches. Later I realized it's the same colour as the first thing I learned to fly, so for me that's extra cool 😁

Saw someone here wearing an alpanist yesterday. A very fine watch imo. Getting some lunch waiting for the long weekend

Noticed this morning my wife wearing her birth year Seamaster I gifted her on her birthday last year… her 1959 on the left, my 1958 birth year Seamaster on the right.

Sorry double post today. I wanted to catch the green dial. I dropped some supplies off at the Covid motel for our sick people and my weekend has begun. Yaaaay.

I’m doing some work in the garage today, so it’s a “beater” watch day. I decided to go with my Mission to Saturn Moonswatch.

Just tried my old Seiko Quartz that I got from my parents ~10years ago on a Nato. I am actually quite impressed of the look.
