Well, that didn’t last long. In between patients this morning, I received a text from my wife indicating she had tested positive for Covid prior to driving to VT with our kids to visit her Mom. That caused me to do my own Covid test at work which also popped positive. Wasn’t too surprised based on how I currently feel… now, back home, and the 68 Transitional on my @Duracuir1 baseball glove strap has been added to keep me company in between naps and drinking water. It will be interesting to see how two sick parents take care of two, for now, non-sick kids.

Boone-Dawg leading by example….

Doing a bunch of repairs today (hand bags and dog harness) with a ten dollar thrift store watch on a duracuir1 single pass strap. and yes, Mdubs, as Noelekal posted, take care. At least the football begins in a few minutes!

Late entry. Repairs schmepairs. Football time… with the Seamaster and my @gbesq mug.

I was happy to wear my almost pouge today but got up today and we had moon-sons. Got a call from work said I can work remote. I don’t know how things get done working remotely for long periods I mean it beats the commute but I’m pretty sure I have ADHD and lose focus start playing with my cat or some other stupid thing distracts me.

Anyway put on a simply seiko as I may head to work after a zoom meeting. I can’t remember what I paid for this I just remember it was a great price for a beater, I have put it through the grind and it’s holding up very well.

2nd shot today as I was able to wear my almost pouge. Finished my last zoomer meeting so I guess I’m done. This pouge was purchased here from a fine gentleman. I can honestly say I purchased 5-7 watches here still have everyone. Well there was a mechanical issue with one that was greater than the price of the watch but seller took it back honest mistake.

Hard to say what is my favorite purchase here but two seamasters, this close to pouge and the Olympic seiko are certainly at the top. And all the others are cool. I think watches mean even more when bought from cool people you like and that is certainly the case with all the watches I got here.
Perhaps during the new year I can get off my ass update my subscription here and make another purchase. I did ok on my self imposed no watch buying unfortunately price went up those 4 or whatever months.
