Bombé lugs...ref. 6018. For being "only" 34mm, this wears rather large, as the case is quite thick (big bubbleback movement).

Yes, it's a watch movement. They're pretty easy to find online, just google 'watch movement cufflinks', and you'll find them at various price ranges. I bought mine off eBay. Happy shopping!
