Yes, it's a Sterile dialed Roamer, had no idea what it was when I bought it at an antique fair and was pleasantly surprised on opening it.
Roamer seems to have made a quite large range of sterile dialed watches, this one dates from 1944 and would be an early example of the calibre used.
From memory it's an MST372.
