I once tried to take a small grouping of wrist watches across the 49th, on the way to a watch & clock convention in the Pacific North West. I ran into a over-zealous customs guy at the Montana border! It took me 5 1/2 hours jumping through hoops to satisfy the guy! Finally returned 38 kms into Canada to put my watches into a safety deposit box at a bank. Then returned to the border crossing. Same customs guy who greeted me the first time. He greeted me and waved me through without checking for my watches! Go figure! So now I take the mandated one per passenger.

I started this morning with the sm300. After lunch switched to the PO. I work out of my home office, so it makes it easy to change watches. But seriously I am already thinking about putting on the speedy panda. I think I need help. Is there a group meeting I can attend?

There's some good online resources. Go to omegaforums.net. They're very supportive and will help ensure you find the one watch you need to end your addiction. It just may take a while (and a few more watches!).

Yes, it's called a GTG...you get together with others with the same affliction and show each other your watches, it doesn't help the problem but it sure is fun!馃槈

hahaha, this is no help. I do not think one watch is a possibility. I thought I was on a roll as I wore the Ploprof for 10 days straight....

Well I will tell you I did get invited when @repoman bought his GSOTM and that was really fun. @Omegawd was also there as well. Omega knows how to host a party!

Yes, I agree no help... both those guys have GSOTM along with a bunch of other cool Omega watches.

Haven't worn this one for quite a while, but found a new strap for it, and I think even ULF will appreciate it:

Rose gold filled, likely European, calibre 266, 13,000,000 S # might indicate 1954-55, style number (?) BK 2809-2, 38 mm diameter suits a large wrist, burgundy strap.
Ooh lovely, dibs!
