My 32 year old, one owner (me) Speedmaster 345.0808 today, not because it’s Tuesday, but because it is what I wanted to wear.

Somethings are just to hot to touch, the human mind can only stand so much, I used to care but, things have changed

Here's one that rarely gets wrist time...
It's kinda small (30mm) but has more presence than you'd think. Try to ignore the diy bracelet alterations . That's a work in progress.

Wearing a 70s era Jacques Monnat today. The movement is also a thing of beauty.

A peice of history.

I had one near exactly like that. It had a high grade movement in it that I embellished with Waltham blued screws, it was a show stopper and one if my most complimented watches. How do the added lugs integrate well, does it look like it would have been factory? Mine must have been done by a master goldsmith as it was nearly impossible to tell the lugs were added.

That sir is a superb watch! Wear it in good health!

Another dreary Tuesday Spunky's expression about sums up my mood about the weather's low pressure system that has set off a nasty flare up from a severe form of arthritis I've battling with for most of my life, I can barely type today but I got it done!!

GMT back on the wrist after a trip to the LA watch spa where she had her hands relumed to match the dial patina and case refinishing to sharpen up the chamfers.
