·I had a bunch of things to do today but Wednesday I had to administer narcan and start cpr and I was wiped out (might have been Tuesday) I didn’t realize the toll it took on me. Fortunately everyone ok but I need a day to clear my mind. Compressions only no breathe but these things get intense and I can’t brush them off. So rado today and maybe cook something decent.
