Interesting that you should mention La Poste. I recently sold a vintage Seamaster to an OF member in France and shipped it out from the US on May 6th. The package made it to France just fine and then disappeared from the radar for 12 days before finally popping up on La Poste’s tracking system. Thankfully, it’s out for delivery to the buyer today. Can’t say that I’m terribly impressed with the efficiency of the French postal service. 😲

Must agree the tracking system and the experience could largely be improved ;-) (As a receiver I was not the owner and could not raise a claim and remained blocked in my ability to reach out to someone on the phone then) but all in all I must say they never lost a parcel so far and they do apply correctly the signature phase.

Well I should post a watch while I’m here ;-)

Stormy sundowners back on the island😁

No coffee this morning when I probably needed it most. Overnight night in a truck transporting some possessions to the island and then the supply vessel for the island.
