This one always brings me a smile... Simple, creamy and one of my favourite case shape... Of course, the best background ever too

New arrival, and it has been on my wrist for the past 2 days 😀
Congratulations on your new acquisition!
It looks very well kept. And a JB Champion bracelet? Sweet!
Post more pics including the back and crown!

Longines were longing for wrist time today 😀:

1950. There’s a lot to love about this watch: Those true arrowhead ♠️ markers… solid 14K gold case; funky lugs!

It has Longines first ever automatic movement in it, the caliber 22A.

Seiko SPB313 for a really fun day of filming outside. If you're in Baltimore in May, I highly recommend catching the kinetic sculpture race.

Big chores in the yard call for tough watches. The old Glycine is always equal to the task.

Feel kind of bad about it though. This morning I was putting it on and fastening the strap while walking down the hall. I fumbled it and it fell about five feet to the tile floor, striking it smartly. Don't see any superficial external damage. I'll run it for a few days and see if it's sterling timekeeping ability is degraded.

So far, so good though.

Yeah, I know, get a new watch already lol. But at least it’s on a flat link for a change of pace. (There are a couple “new” watches at the spa)
