·Doc Watson influenced so many people, I just read Randy Bachman is touring as the guess who for the first time in decades. I’m hoping he comes down my way after Canada I’d love to see him again.

·I talked to Randy Bachman, he has no clue who I am but he and his son do a weekly show and the Beatles channel on Sirius XM radio Beatles channel. He’s one of the many musicians who credits his entry into music due to the Beatles. I just wanted to ask him about the couple times I saw him play with Ringo and the all star band.
Anyway he just seems like a nice guy, always on with his son. Breaks down certain Beatles songs on guitar. He was excellent everytime I saw him I hope he is doing well has a great tour.

·Me and some buddies would occasionally ride up to Levon helm barn studio in Woodstock NY for the midnight ramble. It was always cool, for a while Levon was too sick to sing from his throat cancer battles but damn he could still play.
You would never know who would show up to jam with him it was always a great time.
