Pssst. ................. L Y R I C S .......................

I see a clinic full of cynics
Who want to twist the peoples' wrist
They're watching every move we make
We're all included on their list

The lunatics have taken over the asylum
The lunatics have taken over the asylum

"Go nuclear" the cowboy told us
And who am I to disagree
'Cos when the madman flips the switch
The nuclear will go for me

The lunatics have taken over the asylum
The lunatics have taken over the asylum

I've seen the faces of starvation
But i just cannot see the point
'Cos there's so much food here today
That no one wants to take away

The lunatics have taken over the asylum
The lunatics have taken over the asylum
The lunatics have taken over the asylum - take away my right to choose
The lunatics have taken over the asylum - take away my point of view
The lunatics have taken over the asylum
The lunatics have taken over the asylum - take away my dignity
Take these things away from me
The lunatics have taken over the asylum
The lunatics have taken over the asylum - take away my family
Take away the right to speak
The lunatics have taken over the asylum take away my point of view
Take away my right to choose

The Smiths , Stop me if you think you’ve heard this one before , it was never released in the UK because the BBC objected to some of the lyrical references in 87 & only release in America , Australia & some European markets . For me it’s one of their best songs .

Thanks forgot about that one. I was lucky enough to see him once. My buddy got some miracle tickets. I remember how quiet it got during his solos so we could hear everything. Truly an amazing player and I am saddened to hear of his passing hope his family is ok.

RIP. A legend, and that’s not hyperbole. He literally took us There and Back.

This hits hard. Damn.

I finally picked this up and am really enjoying. If you are a Zeppelin fan I highly recommend it. Several live recordings with pretty good sound quality. You get to here the variability in how the songs were performed and some cool covers.
