Picked them up from one of the Toronto-area rock stations while I was in school in Buffalo, fun stuff.
Had to be CFNY - 102.1 the Edge. Their catch phrase back in the day was "The Sprit of Radio" which might seem like a familiar line or song title... Song written about how difficult it was for the band to get radio airplay, and taken from that tag line. The catalogue number for Permanent Waves is 1021....little Canadian music trivia... Pretty much the only station I listened to while going to school in Toronto....

Re-discovering the Rutles - Still the first and best ever mockumentary. RIP Neil Innes. The Beatles really ripped these guys off..... Their first album took 20 minutes to write.. the second one took even longer :0) Actually all the songs are all not too shabby / much harder than it looks to do this.
