@UncleBuck Incredible band and what a character their manager was! In an era of singles and chart number 1s being the blueprint did they predominantly release just albums and make their money via stadium tours?
Zeppelin, Tull, King Crimson/ELP, Zappa, we called it "album rock" in St. Louis and had a great station here KSHE that jumped on it hard. I was dating a folk singer and singing Paul Simon songs when "Whole Lotta Love" turned me into a rocker to this very day. Whew, thank God!
