I am in love with this genre and have no idea what it's called... I've even got multiple spotify playlists with this sort of stuff I kind of got into after watching Drive some time ago. I've aptly named the playlist, 'Atari Cassette Dance Machine', it's the only way I can describe it.

Blaring this while driving through the neighboring town in the area where there is new houses all the same packed together for as far as the eye can see.
