Mustard whiskey... hmm I see potential I think...

Along similar lines I saw an ad for a George Dickel bourbon that was partially aged in Tabasco barrels or something. Brings back unpleasant memories of doing prairie fire shots in college 🤮

What’s the whiskey, Crown? I may try it.

Hmm I have no idea. Perhaps I’ll go find out

This sounds fantastic. I am going to set aside some whiskey with whole mustard seeds and see how it ends up!

Also, egg white takes this cocktail to a whole new level.

Sounds like a fun experiment! Do keep us updated!

Here’s a little experiment I’ve done at home.
Chinese pear, hibiscus, Tequila (Don Julio) and tonic.

Time to order 2016’s, so should try one of the blends from 2015 just make sure (what I told my wife when she asked what the occasion was). Could use 2-3 more years but wonderful nonetheless.

Have had a wonderful Schrader when he was with them, otherwise Carter my only experience with his wines. Have met Mark Carter twice while picking up wine in Calistoga. He was lugging groceries into his Calistoga place when my wife and I had a tasting appt and he plopped right down and started chatting and tasting with us - was hard not to like him by then - we already liked the wine. He also has a great little inn and restaurant up in Eureka that we've stayed at.

RGM 801 and ...2 x Mezcal. 1 x Contreau. 1 x Lemon Juice. Lime garnish. Not sure what to call it. It’s great for my cold though.

I liked this strictly for the Bombay gin in the background.
Can’t go wrong with it as a basic gin to play with different tonics and additions to a G&T. Great affordable non offensive great tasting Gin.

Carlo Rossi Sangria over ice. When you save your money for some of the finer things in life you can always appreciate a good bargain from the big box stores!
