Hatten winery of Northern Bali, I first stumbled across them on a trip 10 years ago, this edition about 5 years old (exactly how old I dont know as they can get as many as 5 harvests a year) Its a semi sweet wine made from a quite rare variety called Belgia. It is quite good and holding up well. Then Hamilton 08 shiraz, the first ever wine to wine best shiraz and best shiraz under $25 at the great Australian Shiraz Challenge Finally a single barrel bottling of the best Caberemt produced by Leconfield in 2003
A refreshing and slightly more interesting version of a whiskey sour Mustard infused Whiskey, ginger syrup, and lemon.
Egg white? Mustard whiskey... hmm I see potential I think... going to roll that around the mental palate.
oh yeah egg white as well. Yup whiskey infused with ground up mustard seeds. Has a rather savoury taste to it. pretty interesting
This sounds fantastic. I am going to set aside some whiskey with whole mustard seeds and see how it ends up! Also, egg white takes this cocktail to a whole new level.
