Too early in the day here in New Zealand but later tonight I will be drinking a fine Elderberry wine harvested from my former estate about 15 years ago, oh so smooth now that it has matured for so long much like our former Monarch, a hard act to follow, hopefully Charlie can keep up the good work.

For Canadian Thanksgiving, it’s a cheap and cheerful Corn Whisky Manhattan. Even when enjoyed neat, this is a really fun whisky. Killer value and tasty to boot. A not-so-well-kept secret.
