Baking bread, and clearing out the stuff that’s been in long term beer storage. Had this guy about 7 years lol. Great little Belgium aged 2 years then combined with a cherry stout.
my thoughts where complex and I exclaimed “interesting” to which FooGirl said “uh oh is it not good?” Which I’ll admit is not a bad guess when I say that. She tasted it and said “huh interesting”
take cherry, age a Belgian, add some
Funk and add a little stout to boot. It’s good and well very very interesting.
Just opened the first 375ml bottle of a case of 2016 St Henri. Not quite peaking but very nice and will be excellent in a few years when I open the next one.
I joined a Whisky (Whiskey) club that sends you blind tasting samples and a bottle every quarter. Both of your choosing from a “sellection.” Should be fun. Plus you don’t have to buy an entire bottle to try some unusual brands.
The other Copperworks gin, this is the standard one commonly available. Though as a small batch and a fast-learning company, each release isn’t exactly the same as the last. This one is supremely delicious, botanical in the absolute best way. If your state allows for alcohol shipments, consider picking some up!
Well... The liquor store is no longer open Monday's due to the Covid-19 but the beer store was open till 7pm today in Toronto Ont. So I went old school.
