·Got to one of my favourites.
LOL!--the Bird gets some too--injections into the breast area to keep it from drying out. Not sure how much it really helps after 4 hours of roasting--but it makes the chef happy to have an excuse to open the bottle early in the day and enjoy it through the afternoon.

·I told Gordon, owner of Scotch ‘n’ Soda, I wanted a single malt that was out of the ordinary, or nothing of what we typically see everyday on shelves or menus. I asked for something smooth, with lots of character but to hold all peat. He turned around, climbed on a metal step allowing him to reach the back of the upper shelf and brought this ‘97 vintage that met all of my criteria 😀
