I’ll help and bring an Ardbeg Day, and some committee releases. But let’s be honest the Ardbeg day is amazing and the star of what I have.
I'm a bit out of the loop nowadays thanks to my bodies reluctance to play ball but just had a read up and the Ardbeg day sounds amazing. It was seen as sacrilege at the time but I wish I'd saved a bottle or two of Serendipity...sadly it was just too easy to drink though!
Slyrs, a Bavarian single malt....my quest for new and different labels (ok, ok, .. expressions) continues
Nothing too exciting tonight. Central Waters Barrel Aged Chocolate Porter. Plus I got a new work watch for my hospital life. Figured it would be a good beater. Didn’t think I’d like it as much as I do......
I got one as a workout beater. Pretty solid watch, feels totally worth its $475 price tag in a way some $250 automatics I’ve had have not. Dream watch = the 1957 LE Railmaster with this movement inside it
My GF and one of my best friends have the Seiko twin to this one at 42mm. His is bead blasted hers is not. Obligatory booze shot , but the seiko has the same movement as the SKX and a 2 step dial at the 250 price point. Great piece that gets little attention.
Some skanky beer in the airport lounge in Korea that fills the glass from the bottom up...wasn’t really a fan, but the odd filling machine made me come back for seconds...
