Sunlight really makes it apparent
If you could take a picture of both watches side-by-side in the same frame, that might enable us to give a more accurate opinion.
Ok... not trying to hijack, but since we are talking chocolate or not... prefect example of how light and angles can alter perception.
I have a 2.2 Mk2 Rolex red sub which have been known to go tropical, or chocolate. If you look at the side by side image taken on a window sill comparing Rolex with my Speedmaster, the Rolex definitely appears chocolate. However, an indoor image, less light, the dial on the Rolex appears black.
So... chocolate or no chocolate, and if I go by my own rule, if you have to ask... I’m confused.
I'm confused by your statement... whose Omega? Mine? LarryS? M'Bob?
Don't think any of us threw our watches into the washing machine or dragged them behind our cars.
