Wishful Thinking - Watches that have unrealistic price expectations

What's unrealistic about those is not really the price, but the idea that those watches will sell on the strength of one photo and an evaluation for someone who for all we know is the seller's cousin.

This is an example of a seller who is simply using eBay to advertise his wares - he doesn't expect them to sell like that. Surely anyone considering either of those two watches would have a fairly detailed dialogue with Signore Lamperti.
