Same place that had the 105.002-62 that sold for US$15,100 a couple of weeks ago. I agree with @oddboy maybe it doesn't belong here.

There were enough red flags here to put me completely off.
That was a brave person that spent $30K on the 2998, in light of what happened to the 62.

This one is being advertised as a very rare camouflage dial and they are asking a 1000 euro for it.

i dont really know where to put this but i'll put it back here, I have been watching this account for a while, since it popped up here) and ebay are very unlikely to do anything about it.

it's a "one of many" accounts there is an ON again OFF again loop with his sales, he can have maybe 10 15 accounts thats not in any way difficult. sells a few odd bits under $1000 dollar so he has great feedback that will never disappear. What WILL dissapear is the negative feedback one has been removed one is a new one too.

you would think 5000+ feedback is good and it is but only if the account sells consecutively

we spotted the account in "ON" mode it seems to have now been put back "OFF" likely to reappear somewhere else on ebay as quite likely a good high volume (by feedback alone) seller. also with people not receiving goods in 12 moths this account will of course once again appear perfect and ebay will have likely forgot.

Just be carefull and check sellers are selling consecutively ALL the time,

i dunno thats not too bad straps got value it's a pie pan nice caliber with the swan neck regulator a gold capped case in good condition but that dial looks grade a dodge...

That person seems to deal exclusively in hyped-up redials at prices hilarious to anyone with the slightest bit of knowledge. It's the same ethos as Sonning Watches. But a spider only needs to catch a fly every so often - look at their Sold Listings.

Wasn't this kind of thing rather neatly summed up not so long ago? Ah yes, here it is:

Some people aren't that bothered about what they buy as long as it's nice and shiny and they can get it instantly. Those people are the lawful prey of dealers who specialise in overpriced redials, frankenwatches, cases buffed to hell, etc.

And it sold for $30K (with only a 90% positive feedback including boxes arriving without their included watches).
What are these people thinking! This is freaky 90% positive feedback! No watch in the box arriving! Still pay $30k! I guess they are hoping for eBay buyer protection!
