This one first got a mention in this thread march 4th. I spent some time trying to explain to that poor deluded soul that what she had was a £400 watch at best. She was not shifting in her viewpoint. I think she implied she paid nearly £1500 for it, which I think is the root of the problem.

This one has been here for some time now and it's a nice Suveran. The crown is most likely non original and the case has been polished, as for the price...💰

Tried to make a best offer on what I think it is worth, EUR100, and lo and behold it was declined?
Must be a greedy German guy::weird::!

Not sure if this 351 has been on already but...http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/STUNNING-...es_Watches_MensWatches_GL&hash=item27e4009311

"My asking price is below the value for a watch of this condition and rarity, particularly with the continual rise in value of vintage watches of this high quality. "
Great to know that it's an "The original, slightly off-white, Omega signed dial has been professionally refinished to the highest possible standards and is classically late art-deco." but all the same is "The original Omega signed slightly off-white dial is just stunning."

Absolutely typical from this seller. All his dials are refinished, and his cases "provenance polished", just to reassure you. And for this you pay at least double their true value. The scary bit is, he sells his stock . . . 👎

I actually like this one a lot but the price is totally unrealistic to me. Is the dial refinished?

Yep, I think that's what "professionally refinished to the highest possible" means. You're not the only one who's confused, because he also says it's "original." It's a bit like a prostitute who also happens to a virgin.
