Alcohol free? What kind of ship you running there? Soft drinks go in the normal fridge! :whipped:

White wine in the left half, beer in the right. And yes, there's a load of alcohol free in there too (the Erdineger blue are surprisingly good!). I'd blame my pregnant wife entirely but I will partake midweek too 馃槜

We have this small 6 bottle fridge that fits well in the corner of the kitchen on the counter. The rest is in the crawl space. Unfortunately the only photo I have of it is from the add we found it in 馃う

For the price it is convenient and stylish. I keep 1 nice bottle of Cab. in the bottom, then two other good Cabs, a Pinot, a merlot, and a blend usually. All reds set at about 62掳F. And whites/beers in the normal fridge!

I just sold my 18-bottle, Frigidaire brand; a 110V/60Hz model that I will not be able to use in a couple of months once we move to a 220V/50Hz continent.... 馃榾

On the rare occasions I have wine, I just get it chucked in a giant brandy glass with some ice cubes and a swizzle stick to stir it through. Annoys the shit out of the wine reps that hang out at my brother's restaurant.

I cannot in any way support this method. :whipped:

My 15 minute method is as follows:

Whites stay in a second fridge in the basement and are removed 15 mins before serving.

Red is also stored in the basement but on a wine rack (our basement is kept at slightly below avg room temp). Reds are put into the fridge 15 mins before serving.

My experience is that most people serve reds too warm and whites to cold. 馃榾

Definitely! My wife insists on storing our reds up in the cupboard, and it's way too warm in there (especially in summer). 30C wine. Fridge is the least-bad option since it'll warm up anyhow.

OK, baked beans (super fart fuel) chilli sauce (super afterburner fuel).

3 tablespoons?

So that's why Aussie outside dunnies were called "thunderboxes"?

Have you tried dark chilli chocolate?

Yummmmmmmmm!

Dark chocolate and habanero ice cream... seriously addictive. After the habanero hits the back of your throat you then need some more ice cream to cook it back down.

Whites go in the regular fridge...sry unless they are a warm drinking white. Reds should be cellar temp not cold!!!!
Three words: Barossa Sparkling Shiraz

Wasabi ice cream from a good Japanese restaurant is also fairly amazing, imo.
