"this" is obviously a 1970(ish) Genève (manual? auto? quartz?)
"tpd" is obviously turns per day, the setting required to efficiently wind an automatic mechanical movement so that its mainspring is tensioned, or to wind a "kinetic" movement so that its accumulator is charged.
I don't think Omega used kinetic technology, so I assume it must be one of the many versions of a mechanical automatic used in Genèves.
I'll stop being a smart arse now.
