With @SpeedyPhill help we looked to flush this out in more detail than you can cover in a short article.
With Mission Time, Houston Time, Ground Elaspsed Time (GET), GMT and Alpha/UT time and Eastern Standard time + EVA duration time there was a lot more going on....

It took only a few months after Alexi and the picture quality is so much better!

Hardly criticizing the Russians but it's much more 'immersive'

I would not say it is a simple black and white choice...... although probably 321 and a Flightmaster.....
