Congrats @peterpan1933 and thanks for your two cents. This space is exactly meant for sharing.

According to what I could have found so far, there have been around 1300 Holy Grails produced, so quite a lower number than 2000 😉

I love that watch for 2 reasons and absolutely not just because it is part of the speedy family.

First, from my point of view the Holy Grail is Fu$*!ing gorgeous ! Perfectly balanced, all those hands and no "overload" according to me, proportions are amazing and size is still acceptable for my chicken wrist.

Secondly, I love it for the amount of information displayed on it and for the amazing readability.

Fact is that CM did and every year the 376.0822 gets more expensive..
You see more watches getting more expensive every year, what about the Heuer Monaco? I bet a few thousand have been produced in the seventies. It was not a rare watch these day, more an extreme watch a lot of people did not like. Also the Seamaster 300 prices are exploded. An honest big triangle under €10.000,- is impossible to find. It is all about ask and demand. And quality and originality of course. Good quality and authentic watches allways are difficult to find.

Here my Holy grail, with full set of papers incl. box. Recently bought directly from the first owner and 100% authentic. Even never serviced and runs perfectly.

I agree on PeterPan's view. The watch is so rare that you currently will only find one Holy Grail on C24. I also believe the prices will raise within the next years. Here is mine (from first owner with papers and original purchase receipt, Omega serviced).

Can I respectfully ask why if it was never serviced has it got a service type 4 bezel which came out in 1990 when the watch was made at latest 1988

Note the lack of serif on the 7

An excellent example I m h o with correct 809 end links if I am not mistaken and a perfect 3 o’clock lume which is an extremely common fault on these dials
