Ever seen a 4C in person? They look awkwardly proportioned. Look great in pics though.
fiat 124 didn’t age well. C7 vert? Really the coupe is great…
The 812 GTS… not exactly a roadster.
F -type coupe I love, the vert? Meh imho.
I prefer to use washing machines as my standard unit of measurement please and thank you.
Or in some cases when applicable, giraffes
So yeah the Z4 that I drove a few times was my father in laws, he's also coming in at about 6'4".
He he had a non-M coupe. Currently daily drives an Emira that I don't think he is too terribly thrilled with lol.
Got rid of his Shelby GT350 for it. But he also crams his ass into all sorts of tiny cars....🤷♂️
Many years ago I went on a Fiat binge, most of my mates had 124's and 1500's, didn't like the 124 to much, far preferred the more retro 1500.
But smaller sporty cars are more my thing so opted for Fiat 850 (903) Sport Coupé now that was a load of fun, you could hit roundabouts and super twisty roads at any speed with your foot flat to the floor. For such a diminutive car sitting in the driver's seat was like sitting in a lounge chair with lots of room.
I had a both a Fiat 1500 and an 850 Sport coupe, I wasn't all that keen on the 1500 (much preferred my Alfa Romeo Gulia 1600) but the 850 was great fun!

My mum had that 850 Sport Coupe in red as her first car and still talks about how great it was decades later, I still haven't seen one in person yet so there can't be too many survivors left sadly
No they've probably mostly rotted away by now, I've still got the workshop manual for it somewhere.
A couple of mates had the 850 sedans, we had great fun hooning about!
The X1/9 always felt like it needed a little more oomph! A few have transplanted the 2 litre engine/transaxle unit from a Lancia Beta (a nice car in itself) into them, apparently this livens 'em up a bit!
My MGF has adequate power but some more would not go astray!
What you need is the V8 version, a mate of mine has the MG RV8 which is a fore runner to the MGF.
