Who can service an Electroquartz Beta 21?

Hi all, I've had my eye on an Electroquartz f8192 Beta 21 (caliber 1300). I'm hesitating because I worry about their serviceability.

Question 1: Who can do a standard, non-electrical service. That's disassembling, cleaning, lubricating and regulating
Question 2: What do I do if the timing package or circuit board go bad? Is there any recourse? Can Omega even fix this?

Thank you!

Swisstec, part of STS in the UK.
That’s one of the only places I know.
Edit. Obligatory photo added.

Can I hijack the thread to ask:

Question 3: What do the letters “RTV” on the back of some of the 196.005 models stand for (Electroquartz f8192Hz / Beta 21 / cal. 1300)?

Could find a few examples like those pictured above, but no explanation...

A little more googling reveals RTV (Rediffusion Television) to have been a Hong Kong TV station:

Looks like a few employees got this watch to mark some special achievement...

Even STS don’t do this one anymore. 🙁

I contacted them late last year to ask...

Chris Radek out of Iowa does repairs on electronic watches and specifically lists Beta 21s on his site “TheTimeGuy”. I haven’t had him work on a Beta21 but he just posted on his site handling / repairing one.

He is very good at what he does and will give you very honest feedback about what it needed/ possible. He just repaired an JLC Master Quartz Motor for me that everyone said was hopeless and posted some pictures in his site about it
