John Bouwman is in Burlington and has the capabilities.

    Look up John Bouwman Clockmaker.

I just finished a full service on a Autavia with the Cal 12, but I am in France so probably not your first choice.

As long as just a clean & service any competent watchmaker can do it. ABC in LA, is good.p

the pusher might need replacing and it needs a chrono hand alignment but im hoping just a clean and adjustment. hard to say without it being open.

are they still in business? i tryed contacting them but no answer

costs are going to depend on what needs doing. Without any 'non-standard' work you should be looking at around $ 250, but this really is just a very rough quide and can vary widely depending on a number of factors (who the watchmaker is, what exactly is being covered in the service etc etc).

If you need replacements like pushers its not so easy. I collect Heuer and would say that replacements can be tricky to source, although they are out there. There is certainly a far different supply source than the likes of Rolex and Omega.

Enjoy your buy. Its a nice model.

You are right hopefully its just a cleaning. The pusher is intact but requires some extra force to engage,

Hoping it pays off took a gamble with the service needed. Read some reviews about john bouwman heard good and bad
