I am far from an expert but that looks pretty OK to me. Its also a bit pricey - from what I have seen here.

I'd want to see another to compare. Something about the hallmark (18C?) doesn't look right to me.

Could be for Spain market only. I just don't know.

Just did a quick internet search, 18 C = 18 carat Supposedly English(think England) spelling difference. Is this possible? British cased?

I've seen 18C on some very early wristwatch cases (pre-1930). Never on a circa 1970 Swiss made case, though.

Spidey sense is tingling.
