    Hi there,

I have a 1950’s Omega Seamaster Bumper Wind and would like to get a new genuine replacement crystal for it. It is 34.6 mm’s in diameter and the case number is 2577-22. I would be very thankful if someone could tell me the model of crystal I need. Also, where would be a trusted source to purchase a NOS crystal from?

    thanks,

    Ell

@michael e This thread dates a while back, but do you happen to have a Plexi (5000) for an Omega 2577 in stock? I've just researched and found that there is a PZ5000 which is denoted as white, and a PX5000 denoted as yellow? What does the color stand here for? In the original Omega parts list it simply states 5000 as crystal reference.
    Cheers, Gabe!

    Hi Gabe.
PX is gold reflector ring and PZ is steel reflector ring.
Unfortunately my 5000s have all been sold.
    Cheers, Michael
