Which Omega is this ?

Hi Guys,
Was taking to a friend today and he then went to his late father's suitcase and brought this Omega which has been sitting there for decades. Can you help identify this model ? Can't seem to find the actual ref online.

Have you found any similar references?
Don’t forget to ignore the dial. The reference refers to the case and movement, with each ref often having numerous different dial types.

I am not sure which reference it is since I did not get a chance to open. Was wondering if anyone here has seen it. It does not seem to be a tank model but it is still square so...
