I stumbled into an add, selling this watch for about 10$. The lady states that its genuine, still working, but in very bad condition. On the lid it says AOS805-4052. Based on the information i found online, it should be a De Ville, but on the ones I foud online De Ville is written on the face, but on this one it just says Quartz. So my question is, could this be genuine? I don't know much about Omega watches, but I have a friend that's a big fan and I was thinking of buying and restoring it as a gift for him. If anyone can give me more info about this particular watch I'd be very grateful.

Based on the images you've provided the watch is a fake/counterfeit.
Not worth restoring or giving to a friend.
