@Foo2rama your -76 is a C2 dial - same S as the stepped, but no step obviously. C3 are the tall drop-S, found on '80s Speedmasters (such as the one in the post directly above mine now) - the 3572 in question has a later dial from the '90s that could be considered a "C4" (compare the height of the S on yours with the rounder S on his)
N.B. your dial, the C2, is indeed quite rare as having been introduced for the 145.022-74, but phased out in later 145.022-76s for the tall drop S C3 dial 馃槈
