Which bracelet for my speedy

Hi guys, I'll write a post with the whole story soon but the fact is that my 105.012 is back !

I've the original bracelet, a nato, two lether zulu and one nasa. I only like the metal one, the nasa is cheap imo, the three other are thin and look cheap as well...

So I'm looking for an alternative to wear instead of the 1039...I'm not a big fan of the Forstner Komfit...I’d maybe like a croco like the pic above or a rubber, tropic or not (what is existing as rubber band if not tropic ?). Is it stupid to wear a speedy with a tropic which are made for diving watches?

Please feel free to help me, to give me your opinions, advices and share your pics 😀

It’s hard to make a bad strap choice on a speedy.

isophrane might be the only poor choice lol.

What about some of these combinations?

I would go for an Horween leather strap :

Or something rough/patinated as an ammo watch strap :

By the way, I would try to play with the patina of the watch (dial/hands combo). For instance, I would try to find a stitching as close as possible to the color of the lume of plots/hands.

Thank you ! I like a lot the Horween, not the rest. Good advice for the stitching color !

I don't see an issue with wearing a speedy on a tropic strap. I usually wear mine on straps from https://www.toxicnatos.com

I don't find a tropic like my first pic on your website, only plain rubber ones. Do you have a pic ? Thanks!

Look at some exotic leather like ostrich, snake, lizard or croc/alligator.

I bough ostrich leg strap for my Sinn 903 (it's a brother from another mother to speedy lol) and love how it looks

The great thing about the speedmaster is that it is an absolute strap monster. It looks great on almost anything. The fun thing about the speedmaster is having a large number of straps so you can change the look of the watch anytime you want. Don’t limit yourself to just one or two. If this is going to be “the watch“, then buy 10 or 20 straps to keep it fresh.

I prefer my speedy on leather:

That is a very good alternative to alligator. I like this way of stitching btw. Do you have other photos ? Where did you get it ? Thanks!

hi ! I am back again regarding the bracelets...I'm still looking for an alternative to my 1039...I guess I'd like something that is no leather....Is there anything nice existing like a rubber or thick canvas ? I guess I wish for only black...Many thanks mates !
