Hi all,

I am thinking of getting a classic Lemania 5100 chronograph. Sinn/Tutima/Orfina/Omega.

Where is a good place in the US to get the movement serviced? Tried searching but not much come up.

Thanks

Have you tried one on? I really wanted one too but most of them are very tall and I didn’t love it on my wrist. I know RGM in Pennsylvania is Sinn’s US service spot and for sure they’ve worked on 5100s before.

I wish one was available that I can try on. Are they also heavy?

Wait til you hear this... I use a 7750 chrono for daily runs. (Crazy right? But I love using it.). But the 7750 chronos minute counter is hard to read. And the steel cased 7750 can be heavy on the wrist. Sooo...now I am thinking a Lemania 5100 cased in titanium to replace my 7750.

Hey, sinn/tutima/orfina said it’s a tool watch, and I am using it as such.

Here's my 5100 in Ti case. Not heavy at all.

Any competent watchmaker can service these...it doesn't require a specific recommendation for this movement.
