Where to get an old 105.003 Speedmaster serviced?

Heya,
I have an old calibre 321, pre-professtional Speedmaster (105.003). I think I last had it serviced about 10 years ago, the chronograph function stopped working about 5 years ago and now the crown doesn't come out easily. I think it's time to get a service

I'm based in Berlin. To be clear: I just want the movement serviced, I DO NOT WANT any cosmetic parts replaced.

I've heard mixed reports about sending it to Omega, will they still annoyingly replace dials, cases etc with new parts? If that's the case, could someone recommend a good place to get it serviced, preferably in Germany?
