Where to find vintage part numbers? Speedmaster Mark II 145.034

Hi all, pardon my ignorance, where would I find a parts break down for a vintage Speedmaster Mark II 145.034 gold-plated. Specifically, I'm trying to find the part numbers for the bracelet (gold-plated) - or bracelets since I think there were 2??? - and the crystal (printed with a red tachymeter ring). Thanks!
